Beef & Cheddar Illness - Arby's, Muskegon Michigan

My wife and I grabbed dinner from there last night. She ate a beef and cheddar sandwich. By the time we laid down for bed a couple of hours later, she was nauseous and eventually was throwing up all throughout the night and into the morning.
