After eating lunch at Arby's at lunch, roughly 11:30, I began feeling sick. I didn't even make it from their restaurant before the effects starting kicking in. By 2 I was forced to leave work due to stomach pain and constant urges to use the restroom. Now at 2:30 am vomiting has joined in for additional agony. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
