I ordered a Greek gyro and a chocolate shake by 11:15 pm I started feeling hot flashes (I never get), shortly after severe abdominal pain followed by vomiting. I couldn't go back to work as I planned. I'm an independent contractor for Doordash. Tossed and turned in a lot of pain in bed. 8am 02/06/2024 I had diarrhea which kept me in bathroom for an hour. I was unable to get my son to college on time which is not good and I'm still not well enough to work. I tried but I'm overwhelmed with fatigue due to loss of sleep last night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
