Around a year ago then I found about this website recently so I came here Not sure but I think it was the mac and cheese The Arby's was around a loop area we went and sat down ate some chicken tenders and a mac and cheese nothing crazy and I became insanely Nauseous and when I returned I puked for about a hour and passed out. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
