I ate 3 mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce last night. Just a few minutes after eating them, I developed painful spasms and cramping on my lower abdomen. I felt nauseous then vomited a lot. I also got diarrhea soon after. It was a very rough night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Muscle Spasms
