Yesterday I ate a gyro at Arby's. I ordered a gyro and ate it on my lunch break. 30 minutes later, when back at work, I got severe stomach cramps and pain, diarrhea, nausea and fever. That was all I ate. I got so sick, it was awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
