I had the spirulina spiral smoothie around 10am on 5/14/26. Several hours later, around 1-2pm, I started experiencing stomach pain, body aches, and a headache. Around 4pm I started vomiting and having diarrhea. All afternoon and evening, I experienced chills, nausea, cramps, diarrhea, and a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache

Stopped for lunch while we were out shopping for the day for my birthday. I had a chicken salad sandwich and my mom had a chicken fontega sandwich. Overnight we were both really sick, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, sweats and chills. This was the only thing we ate in common.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

I got wendys last night 03/09/25, I got the Double stack biggie bag and a large chili. I woke up this morning to go to work and was vomiting and Diarrhea. I made it to work but then had to leave early because of the vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
