My friend brought home 2 roast beef sandwiches from Arby's last night . I ate it then went o sleep . I was up at 2 am 4 am 7 am 9 am having horrible stomach cramps bad diahrreha and throwing up constantly . Now it is afternoon and I still feel terrible | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
