I ordered the two for six fish sandwiches yesterday. Shortly after eating the one fish sandwich, I was planning to take the other one home for tomorrow. I started vomiting and then realized I had diarrhea. I was sick to my stomach had pains I couldn’t move cause I was afraid I would not make it to the restroom. I also had chills and didn’t leave the restaurant until an hour and a half later. I did not report it to anyone because I just wanted to get to the car without vomiting again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
