Ate Arby's around noon Friday, November 17th. Finished working and a couple of hours later I had severe nausea, vomiting, and chills. I had the smokehouse chicken sandwich and fries. Vomiting lasted for 24 hours until producing nothing but bile. Still have diarrhea and am feeling very weak. This was the only thing I ate that day and when I began vomiting, it all came up. Don't think I'll be eating there anymore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Bile
