Severe Reaction: Chicken Sandwich - Arby's, Mountain Home Idaho

Ate Arby's around noon Friday, November 17th. Finished working and a couple of hours later I had severe nausea, vomiting, and chills. I had the smokehouse chicken sandwich and fries. Vomiting lasted for 24 hours until producing nothing but bile. Still have diarrhea and am feeling very weak. This was the only thing I ate that day and when I began vomiting, it all came up.
