made a salad with triple washed arugula, persian cucumbers and tomatoes for lunch. later in the evening around 9PM i started feeling stomach pains and nausea. I began vomiting from 12AM - 4AM. The following day I was completely wiped out and couldn’t get out of bed until 6PM still with stomach pains. 2 days later i had bad diarrhea and stomach pains. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

was it the organic arugula or the wild arugula? I've had to take several doses of pepto to control diarrhea that came on about 12 hrs after eating the organic arugula.
