Food Safety Report - Asda, Gorseinon Wales

I had a Sweet Chilli Chicken rap the other day, whilst there I noticed the rap tasted slightly different than usual, I should know, it was the usual thing I get when I do my fortnightly shopping. At first I felt fine, but then early hours the next morning around 3-4am, I awoke with the urge to vomit, a not even 2 minutes later, I begin to throw up heavily into the bin next to my bed. The next day I woke up with a splitting headache, to then go to the toilet where I had explosive diarrhea. I went downstairs had my morning coffee (I know not a good idea to have a form of laxative after having diarrhea) and watched some of the news on Covid-19 on Youtube. Not an hour later, I'm rushing back to the toilet to once again have explosive diarrhea. Not even noon and I've already gone to excrete flatulence from my bottom several times. Throughout the day anything I ate had immediately exited my system with 5-10 minutes of entering, leading me to go to sleep, or at least try with the diarrhea, nausea and migraine keeping me awake. 72 hours later and I am still experiencing these symptoms, to no avail as my surgery doesn't open on weekends nor do they respond to email. I haven't gotten any rest tonight, the last several hours I have gone to the toilet over a dozen times to release my bowels and it just keeps coming. Worst thing about all this, my girlfriend ate some of their chicken as well, which also caused her diarrhea and vomiting. I don't know if the chicken was out of date, sick or simply undercooked, but either way I or my girlfriend might end up going into A&E due to this and by the looks of things, this isn't a rare occurrence with them and their chicken/pork. What is going on with you , Covid-19 is no excuse! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Flatulence, Migraine, Headache
