I had a pizza tonight around 9pm it was a make your own, stone baked bbq sauce base with chicken peppers and sweet corn x2 and I’ve got diarrhoea and Ive been sick can’t get off the toilet now and constantly wanting to throw up. Never again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
