On the evening of Tuesday November 14, 2023 my 3 kids and I ordered two salted pretzel bites from this location. At first bite they tasted as if they’d been sitting around too long. Definitely not fresh. We tried a couple more pieces and it only got worse. The only way I can describe the flavor was extremely bitter meets rancid fish. I told them to stop eating them and returned the food to the establishment. The lady who helped me said it might be the butter and gave me a refund. I was already totally disgusted by the whole experience and happily took the refund without accepting what they claimed to be a fresh batch. My son woke up puking out of his sleep and my daughters were soon to follow. I’m convinced the rancid nature of the food they served us gave us food poisoning and I will never purchase food from them again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
