Avocado Pizza Leads to Illness - Avocado, Shreveport Louisiana

Afternoon of 02/06/21, I followed a DIY recipe for easybake oven pizza. I believe the crust didn't bake well. The flour I used was Martha White Self-rising flour. It was not expired. Later that evening, we ordered pizza from Dominos. I ate pineapple pizza and topped it with an avocado that was a little brown on the inside. The avocado came from Super One Foods. I had purchased it on the 4th of February. Later that night, I became ill first with dizziness, then this morning I had severe stomach ache, back pains, dizziness, diarrhea and vomiting. Also felt like I was losing my hearing. I took Triphala and later took activated charcoal. Everything seems fine now except slight dizziness keeps reoccurring every now and then.
