I picked up a sandwich with cheese and egg there at around 8:00 a.m. on 24.04.25 and within an hour I had severe abdominal pain and circulatory problems.
I didn't eat anything other than this roll that day, I felt great before.
Many colleagues at work can confirm that my condition has worsened significantly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
