The last two days of the trip were a waste. We both had horrible stomach cramps as well as diarrhea. We are now home and still fighting it. No issues the first few nights. We then dined at Casa Bella, an Italian restaurant at a connecting resort included in our stay. Symptoms started a few hours later. I know it's very common in that area, use caution! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
