Couple's Sudden Illness Post-Meal - Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo

Not sure My husband became ill suddenly on 4/5/21.  He experienced chills, fatigued , loss of appetite and joint stiffness.  I became ill 4/8 with vomiting, chills,  fatigue and loss of appetite.
