February 18th 2026 and I am still having stomach issues. Ate at the buffet on 2nd night and was super sick starting the next morning. I am still having stomach issues months later.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

Went with our family to have dinner and ate the enmoladas and woke up so sick I thought I would die. I spent the rest of my vacation recovering. A doctor in Playa had to give me an injection for the vomiting and an antibiotic.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

On 2/3/26 I ate at the Japanese restaurant. The next morning I was ill for 24 hrs after. Severe cramps, nausea, diarrhea. My wife had no issues but she barely ate the food at the restaurant.
