Chills, diarrhea, vomiting all since getting home. Started on the flight home. We ate the salad bar at the buffet for dinner on 2/17. Feel horrible.
We ate the salad bar in the evening(2/17) at the hotel buffet resturant. Woke up fedling uneasy. Had a horrible flight home with diarrhea and stomach pains. Currently are vomiting and chills at my home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
