Suffered severe food poisoning from food at Barcelo Puerto Vallarta. Severe vomiting diarrhea and nausea for 16 hours. Myself and two of our travel companions got sick. We ultimately left the hotel for a different property closer to downtown. Barcelo had a doctor on site but would only see us if we paid $200 USD. Whole thing felt like a scam. For context - I had four alcoholic drinks during the entire stay (3 days). | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I am so scared right now! We are staying at this hotel for a week starting tomorrow! I don’t know what to do! I am so sorry you got sick and now I am trying to figure out what I can eat when I am there
