Ate same tacos as my boyfriend except I had rib eye and pork belly tacos, he did not. Got home 10pm was throwing up every bite by 5am. Was uncontrollably cold, my joints hurt, my stomach burned, severe headache, back pain, and diarrhea. It's now 6:30pm and I'm still presenting with back pain, fever, sour painful stomach ache and a severe headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain
