We are a salad and a pasta dish with mushrooms . I think it was the mushrooms in pesto, 2 of us. I started vomiting a few hours after 10 pm and my spouse woke with raging diahreah and fever | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
