Bass Pro Shop Fish restaurant
Ate lunch here Monday December 4, 2012. Ate the grilled blackened tilapia with shrimp and lobster sauce. Finished with bread pudding with cinnamon sauce. I'll have to say it all tasted delicious but even before I could finish my shopping I was doubled over with stomach cramps. Within the next hour I was vomiting and experiencing explosive bloody diarrhea. I ended up in the ER needing rehydration. The cramping continued and I went to my own doctor today. He diagnosed toxic food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
