My family and I (6 of us total) ordered out last night. My son and I had the garlic beef melt sandwich. I woke up violently vomiting with intense stomach cramps. Not long after he woke me up with same with fever. Waiting for this to pass but I will never eat there again. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
