Within hours of eating any flavor of Belvita breakfast biscuits I end up with diarrhea for 2 days. I experimented and stopped eating them for a few weeks and tried them again today and the diarrhea is back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea

More than likely you're feeling the effects of their high fiber content.
I became extremely ill from Belvita breakfast biscuits. I don't think the sever pain and burning and diarrhea along with headache and cramps were caused by high fiber. I felt like I was poisoned and may die.
