I had a habit of buying a pint of Chocolate Fudge Brownie at times when I got off of work. I would typically eat it before sleep (which I know is not healthy) and I would wake with a slight headache. The last time I ate it I woke up with a severe migraine headache which is very rare for me (I can count the number of migraines I have had in 46 years on one hand). I immediately had to take Tylenol and sit in the darkest room in my hotel room which was the bathroom. Somehow I managed to fall asleep and when I woke up the pain had been reduced by 50% and I had to take more Tylenol. The point is this only happened with Chocolate Fudge Brownie. I no longer purchase it and recommend Bryer's natural ice cream.The incident occurred about 3 years ago. | Symptoms: Other, Headache, Migraine
