We went to lunch there yesterday (Saturday) I was the only one in our group that got ground beef. It tastes off but I was so hungry so I kept eating it. The rest of the day I felt hot and flush then started getting the chills and I was pale. My stomach hurt so bad it wasn’t until hours later when I started throwing up everything. I did not eat anything all morning besides Beto’s food. Same with after we ate there I couldn’t eat or drink anything because how nauseous I felt. It is now the next day and I still feel horrible we now have to stay in camp verde another day and waste money on another hotel because I can’t go 10 minutes without dry heaving and needing the toilet. I am from Montana and we are on vacation. Going on day 2 of being sick not being able to eat anything or keep down liquids. I called the restaurant this morning since they were closed yesterday and the manager was very sorry and said she was going to check the ground beef and let the owner know. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
