Beyond Meat Made Beyond Meat tacos, cooked to manufacturers instructions, purchased there on August 7th and frozen the same day. Thawed overnight and cooked two days later. Ate said "meat" for dinner, then lunch the following day. The subsequent day, I woke with chills, nausea, diary, and eventually vomiting. I was catatonic and felt tingles all over my body (potentially dehydration). I lost bowel control and felt an impending sense of doom (afraid to fall asleep) as well as shortness of breath, confusion, and stabbing abdominal pains (stomach and intestinal). After 12 hours of sleep and aggressive rehydration therapy, most symptoms subsided. Isolated to me as only I ate the beyond meat.
