Additional information: I ate here with my family and friends before watching an event. All was fine until I got home, I did not eat anything else this day so it couldn’t have been shunting else. I got home and have been writhing in pain all night, my stomach pain and fever being so severe I cannot rest. I have tried to ‘expel the evil from my body’ in both ways but it appears it has also given me constipation - meaning I am stuck in pain.
I got home at 1am after the show at wemberly and have been awake till’ 5:00am. (While writing this)
I had the four cheese macaroni cheese - not only did it cause this but it didn’t even taste that good - I could taste the metal of my fork more than the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Constipation
