Pink Chicken Salad Illness - BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Laguna Hills California

I went to BJs located on el toro on May 8th. I ordered the Asian chopped chicken salad. Later that night around 3am, I woke up to excruciating stomach pain and the most intense diarrhea of my life. The diarrhea went on every 20 minutes, for going on two days. Yesterday I had a fever of 101 degrees and extremely nauseous. Later that night my temperature dropped down to 96. I am starting to stabilize a few days later but this has been the most awful experience of my life. The chicken seemed to have a pinkish tint that I noticed after a few bites of and I did not finish the salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
