I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and shared a pizookie with my wife. I felt hyper nauseous on my drive home and vomited and diarrhea'd for the next two hours. I now have stomach aches and chills and feel very weak. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Weakness
