I had it yesterday around 7 p.m. and ordered a one topping pizza with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. I was feeling fine the rest of the day, until I woke up this morning with an upset stomach. My stomach was gurgling and I had abdominal cramps. I was also feeling nauseous and had severe diarrhea. I was in bed all day feeling tired and when I felt nauseous I would run to the restroom just to make sure I don’t vomit on my bed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
