I had it yesterday around 7 p.m. and ordered a one topping pizza with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. I was feeling fine the rest of the day, until I woke up this morning with an upset stomach. My stomach was gurgling and I had abdominal cramps. I was also feeling nauseous and had severe diarrhea.
