Had a gluten free make your own pizza (fresh mozerella, artichoke, spinach, butternut squash ( that wasn't cooked it was too raw to put on) at Blaze Pizza in central Phoenix in Central around 5pm on Wednesday 01/10/18 and felt sick the next morning and still sick 2 days later with nausea, bad stomach pain, diahrea. What the hell Blaze, please follow sanitary protocol and food storage temperatures AND let your employees stay home when they're sick, send them home during this flu season!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
