Went around 1pm on 8/29. Ordered a vegan pizza with vegetables and vegan cheese. I shared the pizza with my wife. The pizza tasted okay. However, approximately 45 minutes after eating we both had severe stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. It was the only thing we had eaten so it had to be the cause. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
