I believe it was breakfast cereal and that was Lucky Charms as I didnt have much else that day and didn't feel like cooking that late. About 2 weeks ago. I was terribly I'll for several days. I had eaten lucky charms the day before. Actually the evening before. I had actually bought the cereal for someone else but had a craving for it. I had like 3-4 bowls and very early the following day the illness started. Nausia then vomiting, headache. My throat was hurting from the vomiting as was the other end, severe headache, weakness. It lasted several days and I could barely keep water down. I took about another week maybe to recover. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Weakness
