Ate the vegetarian root vegetable lasagna for lunch about 1:00 pm Saturday 12/30/17. Within a few hours I feel sick to my stomach and nauseous. Throughout the night felt extreme nausea and headache. Sunday nausea continued, diarrhea, mild fever of 100 and headache. No one else in my family ate the lasagna or became ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
