I'm a vegetarian and I ordered a veggie omelet for breakfast at about 9am today. Everything was fine until a few hours later when I was home. I started feeling severe cramps, pain, sharp and piercing pain where I couldn't even walk. Anytime I tried to sit up id right away feel faint and dizzy. I started getting a fever and vomiting. Bob Evans veggie omelet was the only thing I had to eat this entire day. I'm still in immense pain and can't even move without sharp pain. Please inform them something was bad in that omelet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Body Ache
