E. coli from Beef - Bob Evans, Fredericksburg Virginia

My brother ate Bob Evans creamed chipped beef for breakfast Dec 2, 2021. Started having nausea around 2pm. In evening had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, chills. 1am Dec 3 called 911. After much testing could tell infection in intestines. 3 antibiotics given. Bacteria identified about 12 hours later as Ecoli. He was intimated 4 hrs after arriving at ER due to BP up and down, oxygen levels low and stomach pain. He died around 5am Dec 5, 2021.
