My brother ate Bob Evans creamed chipped beef for breakfast Dec 2, 2021. Started having nausea around 2pm. In evening had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, chills. 1am Dec 3 called 911. After much testing could tell infection in intestines. 3 antibiotics given. Bacteria identified about 12 hours later as Ecoli. He was intimated 4 hrs after arriving at ER due to BP up and down, oxygen levels low and stomach pain. He died around 5am Dec 5, 2021. Product was bought from here. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
