I purchased a ham biscuit on 02/03/2018 prior to boarding an AA flight to London. I told the staff that I was about to board a 7+ hour flight so had to be very careful of what I ate prior to a long-haul flight.I was nauseous on the flight and have had diarrhoea after getting off the flight 7+ hours later (02/04/2018) and up to now, as I write this report. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
