Ate a chicken biscuit for breakfast 7am and by 11:30am I had the worst stomach pain ever followed by vomit and diarrhea. Worst stomach pains. Only had food poisoning one other time in my life and you never forget this kind of pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
