I went too Bojangles at 5:01pm on 01/13/2018 before heading too work in Charlotte, NC. I ordered 3 plain biscuits, a sweet potato pie, and a small water with no ice through the drive thru. I received my order from a light skinned black girl with short hair through the window, I checked my bag and the order looked correct. I proceeded too work, eating the contents of the bag as I drove. Twenty-five minutes after consuming the contents I felt nauseas, I then pulled over and vomitted on the side of the road. Hoping I would feel better I proceeded driving too work but once again ten minutes into driving my stomach started hurting really bad and I immediately felt nauseas again. I pulled over on the side of the road and vomitted again. I once again got in my truck and proceeded too work knowing in my head that I have two jobs that I must work because I haven't called in 24hrs ahead of time and we need the money to pay our bills. I finally got too work the whole time feeling nauseas and my stomach hurting violently. When I got too work at 05:53pm I immediately told my co- worker I was sick from food poisoning and hoped it to be a slow night. Right after saying that I went in the bathroom, vomitted then had diarrhea. After using the bathroom my co-worker said he'd found a thermometer if I wanted too check my temperature. I accepted and found myself too have a fever of 101F°, fifteen minutes afterwards at 06:18pm I went to get Advil from Dollar Tree. As of right now at 06:29pm I've vomitted in the parking lot and have used the bathroom with diahrea again and my stomach still aches violently. I plan on going too the emergency room after I get off my 2nd job if not before then. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
