Yesterday when my dauughter got off of work she called to tell me she was getting off early and on her way home. She said she was getting a grilled chicken salad so I asked her to get me one to because I was hungry as well. Around 11:20 we started eating. Aboit 10 minutes later I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. A few hours later I started throwing up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
