Severe Illness from Biscuits - Bojangles, Orangeburg South Carolina

I had 2 sausage biscuits on March 24, one I ate earlier in the day and the other I saved and ate later that night. In the middle of the night, I experienced excruciatingly painful cramps in my stomach and woke up 4-5 times in the night with vomiting and diarrhea. The following day, I was too weak to walk or do anything physical and had to go to the hospital and get an iv due to severe dehydration.
