Additional information: I ordered chicken wings and Korean Street Corn on Saturday 1/25 for lunch. Around 9 pm I started to feel dizzy and nauseous. By 11 pm I had projectile vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted the entire night. By Sunday morning I was able to get some anti-spasmodic medication, which slowed the symptoms. Slept the entire day, but still having bad cramps, nausea and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
