On October 8th, at approx. 7:30 pm, I ate a meatloaf meal from this Market. I found the “skin” of the meatloaf to be charred black and dry, completely inedible, so I stopped eating it. Approximately 12 hours later, I am violently ill with nausea, diarrhea and stomach pain unlike anything I have ever experienced. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
