Had lunch on Nov. 1 2018. I eat here a lot. I ordered the combination pho. The noodles tasted old the broth wasnt its usual flavor or temp. I couldnt finish the pho. 24 hrs later I had a small fever and chills by the evening I was shaking and exhausted. The next day some of the same but now nausea. Day 3 I started vomiting and could keep any food or water down for two days. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
