Fried Pickles Trigger Illness - Boxcar Betty's, North Charleston South Carolina

6 years ago reported by user-chrq4561 business

Boxcar Betty's, Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC, USA

7800 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, 29406 South Carolina, United States

I typically really enjoy their food. I had it once before as a catered meal and it was very good. Immediately, within 15 minutes of eating this delivery from Postmates, I started to feel uneasy. About 4 hours later I began vomiting (around 6 pm) and it didn’t let up until around 3 am the next morning. I probably vomited at least 30 times. It was accompanied by diarrhea and the chills. Worst food poisoning experience I’ve ever had. I had the boxcar sandwich, fried pickles and fries. I had a few bites of the sandwich, but ate most the fries and pickles. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
