Undercooked Sausage Illness - Breakfast (sausage still white), Salisbury England

Went for breakfast on Monday 20th June 2022. Sausages still looked pale but thought they must be cooked as I thought there must be some sort of regulations or at least temperature checks of the food to ensure it’s hot enough. Since then I have continued on with my holiday. By the Monday night I had servere stomach cramps and diarrhoea I’m day four down the line and really dehydrated I can’t keep anything in, even water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
