Been extremely ill since getting the hakku chuala/mixed veggie bowl on 04/10/25 around 8:30pm. Dehydration, diarrhea, uncontrollable vomiting until my stomach was empty. Symptoms began presenting themselves the morning after, around 9am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
